Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Ready-made sticker sets are made to order and usually dispatch from China within 10 business days. After dispatch, delivery varies by destination: Asia 5 to 12 business days, North America and Europe 7 to 15, Oceania 10 to 20, and the rest of the world 12 to 25 business days. Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our studio. Tracking availability can vary by destination and shipping service.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Orders ship from China. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees for your destination are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

What sizes are available?

Sticker sets come in 13 cm, 20 cm, and 30 cm options. You can pick the size on each product page.

Are the stickers waterproof and UV-resistant?

Yes. All Pinky Driver sticker sets are printed on waterproof vinyl with a UV-resistant finish, so they hold up on cars, laptops, toolboxes, and garage gear.

How do I apply a sticker?

Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface. Press from the center outward and allow the adhesive to settle before washing. Hand wash around the sticker and avoid harsh solvents.

Custom orders

How do custom orders work?

Fill in the form on our custom order page: choose your size, shape, material, and quantity, describe your design, and add your contact details. We confirm artwork, pricing, and production timing by email before anything is produced.

How do I send my design file?

After you submit the form, reply to our confirmation email with your design file (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF or AI). We will confirm specs and timing with you before production.

Returns and refunds

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace the affected items or issue a refund. Custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Can I return a ready-made sticker set?

Because sticker sets are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. See our refund policy for the full details.
