When your order ships

Ready-made sticker sets are made to order and usually dispatch from China within 10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

Custom orders follow a different timeline: we confirm artwork, pricing, and production timing with you by email before anything is produced, and the confirmed schedule replaces the standard 10-day dispatch window.

Delivery estimates

After dispatch, delivery time varies by destination and is confirmed at checkout when available. As a general guide:

- Asia: 5 to 12 business days
- North America: 7 to 15 business days
- Europe: 7 to 15 business days
- Oceania: 10 to 20 business days
- Rest of world: 12 to 25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Postal services can experience delays beyond our control, especially during peak seasons and customs processing.

Customs and duties

Orders are dispatched worldwide from China. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees that apply to your destination are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
